Kristy Swanson pressed assault charges against the ex-wife of her boyfriend and former ‘Skating With Celebrities’ partner, Lloyd Eisler, her representative said. “Police took pictures of bruises on her back and other parts of her body to document injuries Swanson claimed she got during a scuffle with Eisler’s ex-wife, Marcia O’Brien,” said Swanson’s spokesman Michael Sands.However, O’Brien filed a complaint against Swanson first. Swanson said she was arrested for allegedly assaulting O’Brien. Swanson said that she was released after posting $468 bail in Kingston, Ontario.”I had to go the police station where I had an appointment at 9 p.m. to begin the process of being arrested,” she said. Sands said Eisler and Swanson were in Kingston to visit Eisler’s children and discuss custody with O’Brien. Eisler, a former world champion pairs skater, and Swanson met in 2005 while filming ‘Skating With Celebrities,’ Fox’s reality series. Within a short time, rumors of a romance started. Eisler eventually left his wife, who was then pregnant with the couple’s second child, for Swanson. Eisler divorced O’Brien in January, a month before Swanson gave birth to their son.

David Hasselhoff says he has won a long-running legal battle with ex-wife Pamela Bach over custody of their two teenage daughters.”The judge said, ‘Enough is enough,’”Hasselhoff said outside Superior Court after a closed hearing.”Hasselhoff was awarded primary physical custody and full legal custody of the two girls,” said Melvin Goldsman, his attorney.”They will mainly live with their father, who will have responsibility for making decisions about their health, education and welfare,” Goldsman said.”We’re all gratified with the court’s decision, and David looks forward to moving on and living his life with his children,” the attorney said. Hasselhoff and Bach had been splitting custody of their daughters. In May, Superior Court Judge Mark A. Juhas put a hold on Hasselhoff’s visitation privileges for two weeks after the public leak of a videotape showing an apparently drunken Hasselhoff struggling to eat a cheeseburger while on the floor of his Las Vegas home.Outside court, Hasselhoff said that the media attention surrounding the case had been difficult. Hasselhoff and Bach were married in December 1989. He filed for divorce in January 2006 and their divorce was final last August.
